Gaston County Schools Robotics

All proceeds from the CaroMont Community Challenge will go to benefit the Gaston County Schools’ Robotics Program. The program supports real-world education for students in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The importance of robotics in schools is shown through problem-solving, critical thinking skills, and team building excerises. Up to $15,000 of the contributions collected for the event will be matched by the Rotary International Foundation. Throughout the school year, sponsorship funding supports the robotics program, training for students and staff, and materials needed for projects.
